"IN THE LAST DAYS"

Pastor Johnson’s message came from Daniel 12:1-2, 9-13, 2 Timothy 3:1-9, 2 Peter 3:3-7, and Acts 2:17-21. The topic was “In The Last Days” with the following subtopics:

“The Time of the End”

We don’t know when the end is coming. God controls past, present, and future time. It is important that your name be written in the Book of Life. Everyone name found in this book will be rescued and live forever. Many will be purged from sin, purified (made white/clean) and be refined like gold but the wicked will behave wickedly. The wicked will not understand but those who are spiritually wise will understand. These are the ones who read and search the Bible for understanding. We should wait, trust, and depend on God without wavering. You don’t go in the grave and stay; you will rise again.

“Difficult Time Will Come”

In the last day dangerous times will come. People will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy and profane. They will be devoid of natural human affection, malicious gossips, devoid of self-control, lovers of sensual pleasure rather than lovers of God. They hold on to an outward religion but only fooling themselves. Keep away for these kinds of people. Men and women should have a moral standard before God as His Word say.

“The Coming Day of The Lord”

Mockers will come in the last days following after their own human desires. They forget the heavens existed long ago God destroyed man with water because He was angry with the way man was living. God is sending us warnings everyday. We need to turn back to God and know His way is the best way. One day God is going to get tired. Fire is being reserved for the present heaven and earth for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly people.

“The Promise”

Holy Spirit shall come upon all his servants. They shall prophesy meaning to carry the word out. Anyone who asks for mercy from the Lord shall be saved. Work while it is day because the night surely will come. Anyone who calls on the name of Jesus should be saved.

Please read the scriptures and be blessed!
